Recognition of diplomas

It is important to note that in France, similarly to all the EU countries, there is no legal principle of equivalence between qualifications and diplomas obtained abroad and French diplomas awarded by the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research. Only a certificate of recognition of educational level can be obtained. 

This request for certification should be made online to the CIEP (Centre international d'études pédagogiques).
